Lead PPI's security operations as the Director, ensuring compliance with information security policies. Drive security awareness, vulnerability management, and incident response while fostering a team-oriented team environment. As a senior IT management member, you will oversee daily security operations, guiding the Security Operations Team in vulnerability management and incident response. The role involves working closely with the VP of Information Technology to monitor the security posture of PPI's network, systems, and infrastructure while developing strategic budgets. Lead initiatives that enhance PPI's security posture while collaborating with various business units. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day security operations and incident management • Ensure compliance with the iAFG Security Policy Framework • Develop security budgets aligned with goals and objectives • Oversee documentation and security evidence maintenance • Foster teamwork and synergy across local and national teams Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's in IT/Computer Science or equivalent • 7+ years in IT, with 5 years in information security • 4+ years in a supervisory position • Strong leadership and project management skills • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and trends Excel in leadership and security project management to strengthen PPI's information security landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oi0iu
