Position Overview American Jereh is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to support our Red Deer operations. This role is responsible for warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, logistics coordination, and material support activities tied to aftermarket service and field operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond transactional warehouse work and become a key logistics partner to service, field operations, and customer support. Why Join American Jereh • Stable long-term opportunity with a growing global organization • Competitive compensation based on experience • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits • Paid time off and company holidays • Strong operational and leadership support • Hands-on work environment with career growth opportunities • Opportunity to support critical customer operations across Western Canada • Direct impact on service readiness, equipment uptime, and customer support What You’ll Own • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, staging, kitting, and inventory movement • Support aftermarket and field service operations by ensuring parts, tools, and equipment are available when needed • Receive, inspect, label, store, and organize incoming inventory and material • Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipment records • Coordinate domestic Canadian, cross-border, and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and vendors • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, inventory tracking, and ERP/WMS updates • Support trade compliance activities, including customs documentation and shipment coordination • Resolve receiving discrepancies, shipment delays, freight concerns, and inventory issues • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safe material storage practices • Communicate effectively with operations, procurement, field service, logistics, and vendors • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or material coordination • Experience working in oil and gas, industrial equipment, manufacturing, heavy equipment, or field service environments preferred • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination • Experience using ERP systems, WMS platforms, SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar systems • Experience handling shipping documentation, inventory transactions, and material tracking • Forklift operating experience preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple operational priorities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting • Valid driver’s license required Preferred Experience Candidates with experience from the following environments are highly encouraged to apply: • Pressure pumping operations • Fracturing service companies • Coil tubing operations • Cementing operations • Oilfield equipment service and repair • Industrial distribution and parts operations • Heavy equipment or industrial warehouse environments • Field service support operations • Cross-border logistics or customs documentation support Work Location 8113 49 Avenue Close Red Deer, AB T4P 2V5 Canada Work Environment • Full-time • On-site • Warehouse and operational environment • Occasional overtime or schedule flexibility may be required based on operational needs American Jereh is committed to maintaining a safe, qualified, and inclusive workplace.
