What to expect: Week 1 - Mastering a New Skill Introduction to the team and understanding what makes us outstanding! You'll be learning from the best, hands on and product knowledge By the end of the week, you'll know how to install residential and commercial tint, frost and security film Week 2 - Out in the Field You will be practicing what you learnt in Week 1 at real customers Our Operations Manager will show you how to navigate your day Each day you'll demonstrate the process until you are confident to solo projects and days and eventually a whole crew. Week 3 and on Look ahead at your day (using our app) Pre-cut tint, frost, security film and load the tools Drive to projects on-time, calling ahead for client's ease of mind Communicate with clients Complete projects on-time with great quality workmanship Invoice project using our app, provide client care package Get Google Reviews - we bonus $25 for each 5-star review! Requirements Basic familiarity with construction, training will be provided Ability to use hand tools such as knives, screwdrivers, cutters, measuring tapes, and caulking guns effectively Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely Prior experience with construction or handyman tasks is advantageous Willingness to learn current skills This position offers you the chance to build foundational skills and grow with a progressive company.
