Responsibilities

Provide evidence‑based, culturally responsive, and trauma‑informed counselling to specialized populations (children, teens, adults, couples, families, groups)

Integrate DiveThru app features (booking portal, clinically validated measures, task tracking). Training is provided.

Attend team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to maintain quality care.

Commit to DiveThru’s clinical values: person‑centred care, cultural sensitivity, feedback‑informed approach, compassion, and empathy.

Skills

Clinical training in evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SBFT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, ERP, Gottman Method, etc.

Excellent oral and communication skills

Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education

Requirements

Experience providing individual therapy to children, teens, and/or adults, with couples, family, or group therapy as an asset

Registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers in good standing

Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, School and Clinical Child Psychology, or Social Work with a clinical focus

Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics

See a minimum of 15 clients per week (in‑person and virtually)

Salary The rate of this contract is $132 per session.
