Live-in Crew Leader for Youth Program (Alberta)

Lead and mentor youth in the Outland Youth Employment Program as a Crew Leader this summer. This role offers an enriching live-in experience in a remote camp setup. Crew Leaders are responsible for providing ongoing supervision and support to Rangers, fostering a secure and engaging atmosphere. Your impactful leadership will involve modeling professional behavior and promoting healthy lifestyles. Candidates should possess relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills to effectively navigate challenges in a communal environment.
