Manager, Internal Reporting (Alberta)

Our client is in an industry leader in the Energy industry. They are looking for a Manager, Internal Reporting to join their team! Opportunity to gain valuable accounting experience in an industry leading Energy Company. Ensures corporate accounting policies, procedures and internal controls are applied consistently; Oversees the company’s consolidation and planning system (SAP BPC); Assist in the continuous improvement of the reporting processes; Provides supervision, guidance and support to team of 4 accounting professionals; ~ Promotes a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, collaboration and communication 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial accounting and reporting. ~ CPA designated (CAD or International). ~ Robust IFRS knowledge and experience with complex accounting transactions. ~ Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
