Circle Sage Summer Internship (Alberta)

Circle Sage Property Management offers a 6‑week Summer Internship Program starting June 15, 2026 designed for Band Member Youth, providing exposure to the day‑to‑day operations of the organization. The intern will work alongside the Director of Operations & Development out of the Corporate Lodge Offices in Hinckley for approximately 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, at a rate of $15.00 per hour with weekly pay. Program Structure Property Management Operations Residential and Commercial Maintenance Facilities and Grounds Operations Leadership and Administrative Exposure Weekly Focus Areas Week 1 – Introduction to Circle Sage Operations Organizational overview Property tours and staff introductions Workplace expectations and safety Introduction to management and maintenance operations Week 2 – Maintenance & Property Upkeep Exposure to work orders and preventative maintenance Property inspections and curb appeal standards Property maintenance and operational support tasks Week 3 – Property Management & Resident Services Exposure to resident communication and office operations Housing and related operations overview Administrative organization and documentation practices Week 4 – Leadership & Team Collaboration Exposure to leadership meetings and operational planning Team communication and accountability Understanding how departments work together to support residents and operations Week 5 – Project Development Development of a final internship project focused on resident experience, operational improvement, or takeaway portfolio.
