This role blends recruitment, onboarding, and training in a supportive and flexible environment. Reporting to the Foster Care Supervisor, you will drive marketing strategies, coordinate onboarding for new foster families, and facilitate essential training programs. This position is ideal for someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a values-driven, not-for-profit setting. By organizing outreach and support, you'll play a key role in addressing complex needs within the community.
