This role sits at the intersection of communications, customer experience, and community impact, playing a key part in shaping how teams connect, perform, and engage across a large retail network. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, field teams, and leadership to drive meaningful communication strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead impactful fundraising initiatives.
