Elevate training systems with RaceRocks as an Intermediate Learning Designer. This remote role focuses on impactful instructional design and effective digital courseware creation. RaceRocks, based in Victoria, B.C., is seeking an Intermediate Learning Designer to contribute to remote training solutions for defence, aerospace, and marine sectors. You will utilize instructional design skills and authoring tools to craft engaging learning experiences alongside a cooperative team. This role emphasizes meaningful learning outcomes and effective communication with clients and subject matter experts.
