Shape the future of procurement at Executive Millwork as a Purchasing Manager. This role requires hands-on management of supplier negotiations and materials logistics. As part of a respected millwork team, you'll take charge of the purchasing function. Collaboration with operations, project managers, and suppliers will be essential as you work towards effective cost savings and proactive supply chain management. Your contributions will also help build a team as the role evolves. Key Responsibilities: • Source and negotiate with key material suppliers • Be involved in project hand-off meetings for critical materials • Build long-term supplier relationships through reviews • Reconcile inventory and manage material returns • Monitor key performance indicators linked to procurement Requirements: • Minimum 5 years experience in procurement, ideally in millwork • Solid negotiation capabilities to foster supplier relationships • Experience managing purchase orders in ERP systems • High proficiency in MS Office • Ability to operate in an organized and proactive manner Lead procurement initiatives and enhance supplier interactions for impactful project delivery at Executive Millwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oopqh
