Fixed Operations Software Trainer Position (Alberta)

Join PBS as a Fixed Operations Software Trainer based in Calgary, Alberta, and empower customers in using our advanced Dealer Management Software. This role involves both virtual and in-person training sessions while traveling across Canada and the USA on occasion. As an STT Trainer – Fixed Ops, you will guide dealership customers in mastering software processes and functionality, ensuring they receive the necessary support for smooth implementation. Your duties will include managing training content, updating documentation, and responding to training requests effectively, all while building strong customer relationships.
