Experienced Social Work Supervisor Needed (Slave Lake)

We are currently hiring a Social Work Supervisor with a competitive salary of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, requiring full time commitment at our physical location. This position is vital for enhancing Indigenous community support.

Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 5 years of social work experience. You will supervise programs focused on Indigenous relations, empowering local communities through mentorship and coaching. Additionally, you will facilitate access to Elders, enriching the support network for workers involved in our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide social work professionals • Collaborate with Indigenous communities to enhance programs • Provide mentorship to Indigenous employees • Facilitate cultural support by connecting workers with Elders • Promote relationship building within the community

Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of experience in social work • Relevant educational qualifications in social work • Must be a resident of Canada (permanent or temporary) • On-site work only, no remote availability • Advocate for equal employment opportunities
