Realtor Team Assistant (Northwest Edmonton)

Client Excellence Coordinator / Realtor & Mortgage Broker Team Assistant 25-35hr/week to start, potential to increase to 40hr/week Wage based on experience There is some flexibility of exact timing of when hours are worked for the right fit, flexibility for evenings & weekends as needed for deal/client paperwork. Majority of hours are M-F daytime. Work from home, utilize own computer & phone, some on site work. We will supply access to computer programs required for the position Microsoft 365, Adobe & PDF Programs The right fit for our team is someone with strong work ethic, excellent communication/problem solving skills and a commitment to top client service. Working in tandem with our team of Realtors & Mortgage Brokers, this role is the “hub” position that connects the dots for us & our clients. We are looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with a variety of clients (including their different personalities) via email & also on the phone. Strong time management is essential. We’re looking for someone to be able to take a task & run with it, always keeping in mind ways for us to improve & give our clients the best experience! This position will evolve as our team continues to grow & we want some one with us for the long run! Responsibilities include: - Providing administrative and general support to the team - Schedule appointments with clients/photographers/etc.. - Drafting and proof-reading document packages to clients - Data entry of MLS listings, uploading photos - Sending out documents and agreements for electronic signatures - Coordinating files, documents, and information - Preparing Client Presentations - Accessing land titles, tax reports & other required legal documents for transactions - Handling various tasks throughout the transaction process with the client and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner - Database maintenance & upkeep - Monthly newsletter maintenance - Organizing client documents & saving them to the cloud drive - Communicating with lawyers, clients, brokerage offices as required on transactions - Maintaining the transaction calendar for the team - Triggering emails to clients/contacts for transaction milestones - Keeping informed of items that impact mortgages & real estate – providing unique solutions to the team for ways to improve Potential Items That Ideally Can be a Part of This Position: - Social media engagement - Website maintenance - Mailers (birthday cards, anniversary cards, Xmas cards, bulk mailers throughout the year) Employment Requirements: - Solid familiarity with residential real estate (previous experience in real estate or mortgages would be an asset!) - Licensed Realtor would be an asset **we are happy if you also do some business alongside our Team! - Must be comfortable with Outlook, Word, Excel, Chrome - Professional communication skills (written & verbally) - Strong attention to detail & organizational skills - Ability to work with a variety of personalities & the willingness to go above & beyond for a client - Comfortable with technology & willingness to learn new tasks/systems as the team progresses - Must be reliable - A positive attitude & a natural problem solver Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T5L 4P6 Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oug43
