This position involves working directly alongside the owner providing high-quality cleaning services for: - Residential homes - Commercial spaces - Short-term vacation rentals - Lake lots and campers/RVs We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to be part of a positive and professional team setting. Responsibilities - Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties - Clean and prepare short-term rental properties between guest stays - Clean lake lots, campers, and seasonal properties - Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and surface cleaning - Follow company cleaning checklists and standards - Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team - Maintain professionalism and respect in clients’ homes and businesses - Help maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Requirements - Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy - Strong attention to detail - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and performing active work throughout the day - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred - Clean criminal record check - Must own a smartphone - Comfortable working in a variety of environments including homes, offices, vacation rentals, and outdoor seasonal properties - Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required — training will be provided Position Details - Part-time to start - Potential to move into full-time hours as company grows - Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend work available - Supplies and equipment provided - Working directly alongside the owner Compensation - $17-$20/hr with a wage review after 90 day probationary period. - Performance-based bonuses available - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Why Join Us?
