Case Management Programme Executive (Alberta)

We’re hiring a Programme Executive to join our dedicated Case Management team. This role involves reviewing care plans, sourcing job opportunities for residents, and documenting incidents as required. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to maintain high standards of care and compliance with legal frameworks.
