Duties - Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and special occasion styles tailored to client preferences - Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations - Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff - Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales - Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently - Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews - Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative services Qualifications - Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients - Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment - Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine client relationships - Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and team members - Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required - A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations Join our team as a Hair Stylist where your expertise will be valued, your creativity encouraged, and your professional growth supported.
