Who You Are Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Structural Crew Foreman who is driven, passionate about their work, and excels in leading large teams in a rapid-paced environment. The successful candidate will ensure project timelines and quality standards are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This is a Night Shift position, Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 3:30 am, overtime as required. Oversee daily workflow and ensure productive project progress. Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments using the Alstar Job Relations methods. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Cultivate a positive work environment that boosts morale. Lead the implementation of the Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction (JI) training to ensure all recent and existing crew members receive consistent and effective on‑the‑job training. Actively participate in our Leadership Training Program, which includes the Leadership for Safety Excellence certification at the MSHA training facility.
