Join the team at CHS as the Manager of Volunteer Resources & Engagement starting July 2026. This full-time role focuses on leading volunteers and enhancing animal welfare service delivery. You will report to the Director of Public Relations, engaging in volunteer selection and management while fostering teamwork within the organization. With a solid background in leadership, your mission is to promote a culture of volunteer engagement and philanthropy, ensuring all activities reflect CHS’s mission. You'll guide team members through training and support them in handling challenging situations with positivity. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with all aspects of volunteer management • Facilitate training and development for team members • Organize recognition events for volunteers and donors • Oversee departmental operations and schedules • Collaborate on volunteer roles with various departments Requirements: • High school diploma with leadership education preferred • At least 2 years in a qualified leadership role • Solid time management and administrative skills • Previous work in volunteer management preferred • Class 5 Driver’s License with transparent abstract required Lead CHS’s efforts in volunteer management, fostering a positive environment for all participants.
