In your role as Dietitian, your primary focus will be conducting nutritional assessments and developing tailored care plans. You will work on providing essential nutrition knowledge to residents, their families, and health professionals. Data collection for service indicators will also be a key responsibility, ensuring program effectiveness in improving resident well-being. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate residents' nutritional status and requirements • Create personalized nutritional care plans • Deliver nutrition education to residents and staff • Track data for service evaluation and reports • Uphold detailed clinical documentation Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition/Food Sciences • Registration with College of Dietitians of Alberta • 1+ years of clinical nutrition experience • Solid time management and organizational skills • Keen attention to detail in documentation Support the nutritional needs of seniors and contribute to their overall health and quality of life.
