Community & Growth Engagement: Manage daily interactions—responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster a loyal community. Execution: Handle the technical side of scheduling and posting via Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer . Qualifications The Eye: A strong sense of aesthetics and an understanding of what makes a visual "pop" in a crowded feed.
