About the Role Reporting to the Lead, Recruitment, the Recruiter supports hiring initiatives across our coal operations. Candidate must have strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, be organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing confidential information with integrity. The role demands independent work as well as teamwork in a fast‑paced environment. In This Role You Will Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies Utilize the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure the highest quality of candidates are placed Build and maintain solid working relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Maintain computer‑based applicant tracking system and tools Assist with the nationwide Campus Recruitment Program at post‑secondary institutes across Canada Assist with high‑level sourcing strategies, including Search Engine Marketing, print, online, social media, coordination of career fairs, and industry events Travel daily and for extended periods as required Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in compliance with Canadian law Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field Minimum three years demonstrated ability in a recruitment role in an industrial setting Strong digital literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent Perks Extended Health Benefits Health Spending Account Vacation Allotment Salary: $71,600 / year – The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
