Lead student engagement at NAIT as Director of Student Information Services. Focus on enhancing inquiry management and frontline service strategies in a cooperative workplace. This leadership role reports to the Associate Vice President, Student Progression and Registrar. You will oversee the Student Service Centre and enhance the student experience by optimizing service delivery. Your strategic vision will shape the implementation of service enhancements and ensure effective resource management.
