Apprentice Pipefitter – 2nd Year Role At Strike Group Alberta

Join Strike Group as a 2nd Year Apprentice Pipefitter at the Cenovus Christina Lake North plant. Gain diverse experience in installing and maintaining essential pipe systems in a safety-driven team. Your role requires you to work collaboratively with journeyperson pipefitters, assisting in reading and implementing construction blueprints and equipping systems. In addition, you will perform installations, assemble piping, and ensure all safety protocols are observed. Contributing to a respectful, safety-oriented culture is key at Strike Group. Key Responsibilities: • Install and maintain pipe systems under supervision • Read and interpret construction and piping diagrams • Measure, cut, and thread pipes accurately • Prepare and assemble pipe systems for installation • Hydrotest and install pipe spools in the facility Requirements: • Must be a registered 2nd year Apprentice • H2S Alive and CSTS certifications required • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Willingness to work outdoors • Successful pre-employment drug & alcohol test Become a critical part of Strike Group as a 2nd Year Apprentice Pipefitter, supporting vital industrial systems.
