Lead and mentor youth in the Outland Youth Employment Program as a Crew Leader this summer. This role offers an enriching live-in experience in a remote camp setup. Crew Leaders are responsible for providing ongoing supervision and support to Rangers, fostering a secure and engaging atmosphere. Your impactful leadership will involve modeling skilled behavior and promoting healthy lifestyles. Candidates should possess relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills to effectively navigate challenges in a communal setting. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise Rangers and monitor their productivity • Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean camp • Conduct evening check-ins and reflections • Assist in all project-related activities and training • Encourage healthy living habits among participants Requirements: • Experience with youth programming strongly preferred • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities • Effective communication and conflict management skills • Valid driver’s license required • First Aid & CPR certification needed Become a trusted mentor and leader, guiding Rangers through their summer experiences while living in a supportive camp community.
