Mechanical Design Engineer At Manufacturing Firm Alberta

Elevate your engineering career as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the manufacturing sector at our Marsiling Road facility. Focus on CAD design, problem-solving, and cutting-edge prototypes. In this role, you will work under the Engineering department head, tackling technical challenges in mechanical assembly and product validation. With at least four years of design experience, you will create current product designs using Solidworks and evaluate customer specifications. Collaborate closely with customers and US counterparts to ensure successful project delivery and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Design mechanical assemblies and generate accurate drawings • Develop 3D CAD models and perform Finite Element Analysis • Define manufacturing processes and create shop floor routers • Coordinate with vendors for prototype testing and improvements • Lead Recent Product Introduction (NPI) activities and engineering changes Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering • 4+ years in mechanical product design and manufacturing • Proficient in Solidworks and AutoCAD • Knowledgeable in Finite Element Analysis • Familiar with welding processes and inspection standards Advance your skills in design engineering and manufacturing with impactful projects at our Marsiling Road facility.
