Become the Seasonal Lead Merchandiser at Goliath Grower Services and make an impact this spring! This engaging role combines leadership and outdoor work to enhance the customer shopping experience. From early April to June, you will oversee a team of seasonal merchandisers in our busy Garden Centre. Your leadership will drive successful visual merchandising and ensure high-quality customer service. You’ll also be responsible for staff training in product knowledge and secure merchandising practices, creating an inspiring workplace for both staff and customers.
