Calgary Internal Reporting Manager Hybrid Role Alberta

Join a leader in the Energy industry as an Internal Reporting Manager in Calgary. This permanent hybrid role is focused on financial oversight and process improvement. Our client, an energy leader, is searching for a Manager of Internal Reporting. You will manage the review of financial reports and support corporate accounting policies across regional operations. Candidates must have at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with CPA accreditation and extensive IFRS understanding. Work alongside skilled CPAs dedicated to skilled growth and financial transparency. Key Responsibilities: • Manage regional and consolidated report reviews monthly • Ensure consistency in accounting policies and internal controls • Supervise the SAP BPC consolidation and planning efforts • Oversee development of critical financial reports • Aid in quarterly and year-end financial documentation Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in reporting • CPA designation required (CAD or International) • Expertise in IFRS and complex transactions • Supervisory/managerial accounting skills needed • O&G; industry experience is an asset Excel as an Internal Reporting Manager, leading communication and improvements in Calgary’s energy powerhouse.
