Part-Time Birthday Party Instructor IDEA Lab Kids St. Albert | St. Albert, AB Job Type: Part-Time, Casual Schedule: Primarily Weekends Location: In-person at IDEA Lab Kids St. Albert Bring the Party to Life! IDEA Lab Kids St. Albert is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing instructors to lead unforgettable birthday parties for children. From slime-making and science experiments to art projects and engineering challenges, our birthday parties are hands-on, engaging, and instructor-led from start to finish. As a Birthday Party Instructor, you will be the face of the celebration, guiding activities, managing groups of children, and ensuring every family has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities: - Lead hands-on birthday party activities such as slime-making, science experiments, art, and engineering projects - Create a fun, energetic, and well-structured party atmosphere - Engage and manage groups of children, typically ages 5–10 - Set up and prepare materials before each party - Clean up and reset the space afterward - Coordinate with assistants to keep the party running on schedule - Interact professionally and warmly with parents and guests - Help deliver a memorable birthday experience for every family Qualifications This role is all about energy, confidence, and presence.
