Retail Store Department Head (62010) Responsibilities - Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers - Hire and train or arrange for training of staff - Order merchandise - Establish work schedules - Sell merchandise - Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages - Organise and maintain inventory Supervision Retail salespersons and sales clerks Work Site Environment First Nations settlements Work Setting Rural area, remote location, willing to relocate, no fly‑in/fly‑out or rotational arrangements available, food service establishment, supermarket/grocery store Work must be completed at the physical location.
