At Med Spa Communications, we act as the virtual front desk for medical spas and wellness clinics across Canada and the United States. This is not a basic call center role. Our agents handle - Incoming calls - Appointment booking - Lead follow-up - SMS & live chat - Social media inboxes - Patient support - Light admin tasks You are often the FIRST impression a patient has of the business.
