This is a full‑time permanent position. Why this role matters EBH Branch Managers are entrepreneurial leaders who embody collaboration, teamwork, and initiative. You will lead, mentor, and oversee all branch activities, staffing, and delegation to achieve organizational strategic goals. This role works closely with corporate, district, and technical managers to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, reporting to the Area Manager. What to Expect in the Role - Operational excellence: oversee branch operations, strategic planning, people management, sales, technology, and continuous process improvement. - Driving sales: manage an active account base, acquire and retain customers, and accelerate branch sales growth and gross profit. - Leadership: mentor and empower your team in hiring, performance management, goal setting, and succession planning. - Collaboration: work with Corporate Managers, Sales Directors, Customer Service Managers, branch staff, and HR to maintain or increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Strategic planning: analyze data to meet KPIs, prepare budgeting and operational reports, and manage P&L; responsibilities. - Culture ambassador: represent our commitment to “Helping Communities Thrive” and support corporate strategic initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile - Previous Outside Sales experience. - 5+ years in the electrical industry or a similar industry. - 5+ years of progressive management experience. - Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team. - Ability to form strategic partnerships and build relationships across diverse cultures. - Valid driver’s license; travel required. - Intermediate computer skills, strong proficiency in MS Office, ERP experience, and ability to learn recent software. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience is an asset. - High level of professionalism, integrity, excellence in written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. - Inclusive, collaborative, and respectful work style.
