Front Desk Receptionist Wellness Within – St. Albert, AB Full-time or Part-time | $15/hour | Weekends Required | Immediate Start About Us Wellness Within is a vibrant wellness centre offering a wide range of services including massage therapy, spa treatments, yoga, Pilates, and fitness classes. Position Summary The Front Desk plays a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while maintaining efficient business operations. The position includes welcoming and assisting spa, health, and fitness clientele; Answering phones and booking appointment; Managing client check-in/out and retail sale; Handling payments and membership discussion; Supporting spa, wellness, and movement teams with operational need; Maintaining cleanliness of front reception and common areas Key Skills & Attributes - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities. - Able to multitask and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. - Experience with scheduling program Mindbody, as well as Direct Billing Insurance companies. (asset, but training available). - Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
