Description
Senior Professional Permanent Contract – Full‑Time Responsibilities Perform high‑quality credit analyses in accordance with the Credit Centre standards. Structure credit applications (board sheet structuring) by mitigating risks and developing financing scenarios that meet client needs and align with the Bank’s risk criteria. Participate in determining client financing needs in collaboration with the Commercial Account Manager. Negotiate credit terms and conditions with Credit Risk Management as needed and confirm the availability of financing for the Commercial Account Manager. Obtain feedback from Account Managers on preliminary credit applications, adjust them as required, and present final versions to the RVP before forwarding to Credit Risk Management. Produce and update client files with account representatives and Credit Risk Management to ensure credit applications are processed efficiently. Act as a resource for team members on credit matters and assist in developing team skills in this area. Identify risks inherent to sector activities. Collaborate with the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 team to provide the best solutions to customers. Report to the Senior Director, Commercial Credit. Qualifications Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or Undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program plus 8 years of relevant experience.
