Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product‑quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issue resolution. Strictly adhere to safety and food‑hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring totes are debris‑free before packing. Operate material‑handling equipment safely and complete pre‑inspection checks. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and quality controls; demonstrate flexibility in adjusting work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.
