Triple Eight Transport is looking for Safe, Energetic and Customer Service-Oriented Class-1 Owner Operator Drivers. The Class 1 Truck Driver (Owner Operator) will be responsible for picking up / delivering to Canada Only Lane Available - BC/AB/Regina/Saskatoon/Winnipeg - Overnight Runs - No dedicated runs. Driver should be open to cover all BC (Highway 3, Prince George, Prince Rupert, William Lakes, Terrace, Quennel, Princeton, Kamloops, Kelowna etc.) Responsibilities & Duties Safely operate and driver long-haul trucks to transport goods and materials to various destinations. Ensuring timely & accuracy of all deliveries. Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving. Daily Pre-Trip Inspections. Provide excellent customer service. Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transportation. Adjusting weight and axels, perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks. Performing other tasks as assigned Lease Operators Pay Package Mileage Rate UPTO $2.00 /mile. Paid Layover $150 Discounted Fuel Discounted Insurance Statement Paid twice a month Via Direct Deposit Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Truck should be 2019 year and above 2 years of commercial driving experience. Proven experience in long-haul driving, snow driving, chaining up, mountain winter driving. Knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures Excellent navigation skills and ability to read maps and follow directions. Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
