We work with a range of professionals to build pension plans for high net‑worth clients and handle insurance valuations, health benefit plans, and cross-border solutions. We are hiring a master multi‑tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our pension administration team. Position Overview As a Pension Administrator, you will prepare pension and tax filings for our retirement products. This involves analyzing account statements and financial documents, and working closely with financial professionals. You will work directly with actuaries, financial professionals, accountants, and clients to provide industry‑leading client service. Responsibilities Prepare pension and tax filings for retirement products. Analyze account statements and financial documents. Work closely with financial professionals, actuaries, accountants, and clients. Contribute to building long‑lasting client relationships. Qualifications Hard working and able to function independently. Excellent communication skills for client interaction by phone and e‑mail. Detail‑oriented with valuable analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to multi‑task and stay organized. Desire to continuously learn and improve.
