Description
Become a key supporter in psychological research as a Research Coordinator in the Behavioural Medicine Lab at the University of Calgary. This part time position focuses on coordinating a web-based intervention for atrial fibrillation patients and lasts for approximately three months. Reporting to Dr. Tavis Campbell, you will utilize your clinical psychology knowledge in high-impact research projects. This role centers on detailed planning, implementation, and participant engagement for adults dealing with chronic health issues. Experience in clinical trials or REDCap and strong communication skills are essential for success. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and facilitate monthly lab meetings with team members • Ensure ongoing participant recruitment and retention efforts • Inform participants about study risks and collect consent • Maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals • Manage and modify research ethics board submissions through IRISS Requirements: • Honours bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience • Two or more years of research experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SPSS • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment Support groundbreaking psychological research while furthering your professional experience in health psychology and behavioural medicine at the University of Calgary. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pempt
