Responsibilities Oversee major programs and projects Manage cross‑functional teams Coordinate stakeholders across business and IT Manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure) Develop budgets, schedules, and scope Identify risks and mitigation strategies Provide status reports and updates Coordinate teams, vendors, and stakeholders Support governance and compliance processes Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines Ensure alignment with business objectives Lead planning and execution of projects Facilitate communication across departments Monitor performance and progress Manage issues and escalations Document lessons learned and reporting Skills & Qualifications Degree in Business, Commerce, or Computer Science PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred 7–10 years of project management experience Experience managing complex IT projects Experience with large‑scale transformations Robust stakeholder engagement experience Experience working in Agile environments Solid leadership across diverse teams Excellent communication and planning skills Knowledge of MS Teams, Azure DevOps, Miro, Power BI Experience with Agile methodologies Equity Statement At Compugen, we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
