Client Service Representative At ATB Financial, we are seeking a Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of ATB, providing essential banking services and building meaningful relationships with our clients. Accountabilities Proactively engage with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals, providing tailored solutions and guidance. Skillfully introduce and educate clients on our digital banking tools and platforms, empowering them to manage their finances with ease. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues efficiently. Adhere to best practices, policies, and regulations, accurately processing transactions and maintaining the security of branch assets. Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment. Skills, Experience & Requirements Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others. Adaptable to change, with solid decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. Grade 12 graduate (post‑secondary business courses an asset) with strong numerical aptitude. Proven customer service and/or sales experience. Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus. Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience. Additional Information This is a unionized role, a temporary 12‑month opportunity, based at the Oyen branch with occasional travel to neighboring branches.
