Step into the role of Client Advisor at Acera Insurance, focusing on personal insurance and client relations across Alberta's Calgary, Red Deer, and Fort McMurray regions. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be an integral part of the Client Assist Team, responsible for contacting clients to discuss their policies and explore cross-selling opportunities. Your role will include generating current business, making policy changes, and advocating for clients during claims reporting. Your success hinges on your ability to provide excellent customer service and establish trust.
