Fast food Managers (Calgary) (Alberta)

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Managers to lead our Restaurant team and oversee daily store operations. Only candidates have minimum 2 year food and beverage fast food experience need apply. Must have previous five guys, burger king, McDonald's, fat burger etc experience, candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant anagement. Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service Recruit, interview, and train new staff members to build a competent and motivated team Manage payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks including bookkeeping and inventory control Oversee merchandising strategies, pricing, purchasing, and POS systems to maximize sales opportunities Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals Conduct regular staff meetings for training & development, performance reviews, and communication updates Maintain store appearance according to company standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations Qualifications Proven experience in store supervision with demonstrated leadership capabilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills for bookkeeping purposes Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and inventory management Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage budgets effectively Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff members Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to retail environments Exceptional time management skills with the ability to supervise a team while maintaining operational efficiency Customer service-oriented mindset with robust phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Organizational skills necessary for supervising staff schedules, payroll processing, and administrative tasks Job Type: Full time Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pfogq
