Description
What you’ll do: Lead the creation and management of network architecture designs and strategies in collaboration with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer requirements and business objectives. Engage in detailed architectural discussions to understand customer business outcomes and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Work closely with the sales team to design and propose solutions that leverage the best mix of vendor‑partner products and services, tailored to meet customer needs. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to both prospective and existing customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of proposed solutions. Contribute to the development of recent service offerings within the networking practice, ensuring they meet market demands and customer expectations. Oversee all technical components of the sales process, from initial engagement to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and successful customer experience. Stay abreast of industry technology trends and share insights with current and prospective customers to help them make informed decisions and stay ahead of the curve. What you need to succeed: Must-have 10+ years of experience in IT consulting or senior IT roles, specifically focusing on network architecture and design. Extensive technical expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, or Aruba network solutions. Experience with Juniper and HPE is a plus. Proven experience in direct customer collaboration, with a track record of technical leadership and successful project outcomes. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively and constructively engage with customers, colleagues, management, and executives. A proactive attitude towards new tasks and responsibilities, with a passion for enhancing customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous professional development. Recommend new technologies and focus areas to enhance companies’ capability. Commitment to obtaining and maintaining relevant industry certifications. Mentor colleague to develop teamwork and inter‑department collaboration. Nice-to-have Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Salaries are based on a 40‑hour workweek and paid on a bi‑weekly payroll schedule.
