HR Technology Lead at Capital Power (Alberta)

Capital Power is seeking an HR Technology Lead for our Edmonton office. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing People Systems and leading a team of Workday Specialists. As the HR Technology Lead, you will oversee the operations and improvements of Capital Power's People Systems (HCM). You are responsible for managing daily operations, vendor relationships, and project delivery while ensuring system reliability and compliance. This position also involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve high-quality system outcomes.
