Seeking Dental Administrator to join our Marda Loop Dental Choice Team Do you love keeping things organized, supporting your team, and making patients smile? We’re looking for a Dental Adminstrator to join our growing practice and help us deliver exceptional care and outstanding service to our patients, while supporting a high-performing team. Location: Marda Loop Dental Choice Hours : Monday 8am to 4pm Tuesday & Wednesday 11am to 7pm Thursday 8am to 4pm Friday 8am to 2pm What You’ll Do Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running smoothly Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support excellent patient care What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)
