Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator, site supervisior to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining productive office operations, and providing exceptional customer support. The site supervisior will be responsible for manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, coordinate subcontractors and monitors project progress. This role requires solid computer skills, proficiency with office software, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth workflow and positive interactions with clients and staff. This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic team while utilizing your administrative expertise to support daily operations. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for staff members Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and ensure proper organization of office files Provide customer service support via phone, email, and in person Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including patient check-in and scheduling (if relevant) Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures to promote a professional environment Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk management Knowledge of bookkeeping, filing systems, proofreading, and administrative procedures Previous medical or dental office experience is a plus but not required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively Pay & Location Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pg7zn
