This strategic position involves overseeing the entire internal control lifecycle. As a senior individual contributor, you will guide the development and maintenance of ICFR practices tailored to the needs of a growing energy company. Work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT, translating complex regulatory requirements into business-friendly solutions while enhancing the control environment to mitigate risks effectively.
