Inventory Associate - Canada Starting Wage: $15.00/hour This role is perfect for people who love structure, enjoy working on their feet, and want to turn focus and stamina into results. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and pursue productivity-based wage increases. Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, and/or Warehouse work is preferred. No inventory experience? Training will be provided. Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts. Comfort with handheld scanners or counting tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Encouraged applicants with no post-secondary education, returning to work, or military experience. Access to reliable transportation. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk occasionally, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, occupy low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and frequently travel via car.
