About the Role Are you a safety‑conscious, highly skilled, and experienced driver looking for an exciting and challenging job prospect? As a Front‑End Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to various locations. You will operate our front‑end load trucks, deliver to commercial and residential properties, and provide exceptional customer service at every step. Key Responsibilities Operate front‑end load trucks safely and responsibly. Ensure timely pick‑up of all customers and complete the route safely without carry‑overs every day. Perform daily pre‑trip inspections and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized truck, ensuring all equipment is maintained as per SSG procedures. Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional overtime if required. Follow all Super Save Group’s established safety policies and procedures. Manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines. Assist with collections on other routes due to operational issues if required. Knowledge of the waste management industry and regulations is an asset. Key Qualifications Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean abstract. Minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience. Ability to pass pre‑employment testing (Drug & Alcohol). Front‑end loader operator experience preferred. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) when necessary. Team player with safe working habits. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Geographical knowledge of the Calgary and surrounding area. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and assist with collections if required.
