We are looking to add a permanent, full time administrative assistant to our team at our St Albert location. Responsibilities of a Administrative Assistant would include: - answering phone calls - booking patients - taking payments - billing - Dealing with third party insurance companies - filing - sending and receiving patient reports - scanning documents - keeping a tidy front desk workplace area -Adherence to all Leading Edge protocols and policies ensuring patient care is utmost priority at all times -Taking an active leadership role in our community involvement programs and charitable events To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications: -Solid organizational skills and attention to detail -Well-developed communication and management skills -Excellent understanding of providing quality customer service -Diploma/Certification in Business Administration and/or related experience is an asset but not required. Willing to train and mentor the right personality. Hours would be Monday to Friday, with mainly PM hours (1:30pm - 830/9pm). Entry level wages start at $15.75-16.50/hr depending on position and experience, with room for advancement.
